Terms.

Saffron Studios sells digital wedding planning kits: a Google Sheets workbook, a Squarespace website template, and setup files for Safi, an AI planning assistant that runs in your own Claude account. By buying or using a kit, you agree to these terms.

Each kit is licensed to one couple for planning one wedding. You may copy, edit, and use it as much as you like for that wedding.

You may not resell, share, give away or republish the kit files, the template or the Safi setup files, in whole or in part, or use them to build a product for others.

Kits are delivered digitally. After checkout you get access to a members page with links and instructions. Website templates are sent to your Squarespace account as soon as we can after your request.

Because kits are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. We don't offer refunds or exchanges.

You can upgrade to a bigger kit at any time. Contact us and we'll credit what you paid for your current kit toward the new one.

Kits work with services we don't own or sell, including Google (Sheets, Drive, Gmail), Squarespace and Claude by Anthropic. You need your own accounts with them, and you pay for any plans they charge for. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We aren't responsible for changes, outages, or price changes on their side.

Saffron Studios is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, Google, or Squarespace. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Google Sheets and Gmail are trademarks of Google LLC. Squarespace is a trademark of Squarespace, Inc.

Safi is an AI assistant. She can misread an email or make a mistake, so please check her updates and drafts before you rely on them. She is designed to never send an email, make a payment, sign anything, or delete anything on her own. You are responsible for what you send, pay, book, and publish.

Safi is a planning helper, not a licensed professional. Nothing she or we provide is legal, financial, or tax advice.

Your workbook, inbox, guest list, and website content are yours. They stay in your own Google, Claude, and Squarespace accounts. We don't access them.

Kits are provided as they are. We work hard to make them reliable, but we can't promise they'll be error-free or fit every wedding. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the kit, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update kits and these terms. If we make a significant change to the terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. The version in effect when you bought your kit applies to that purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
