    One click makes your own private copy in Google Drive. Fill in the pink cells on the Wedding Details tab: names, date, venues.

    Add Safi to Claude

    Upload the Safi file to your Claude account and create a project with the name and instructions we give you. Copy, paste, done.

    Say the words

    Type Start my wedding planner. Safi reads your workbook, asks only what's missing, and writes your website for you.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. Safi writes the website text and code for you, and you paste each block where the setup guide shows. After setup, updates come from your workbook, not code.
Is Safi a real person?
Safi is an AI assistant powered by Claude, set up and styled by Saffron Studios. She is always openly an AI.
Will Safi email my guests or vendors?
Never on her own. She writes drafts in your Gmail, and you choose what to send.
Who can see my guest list and budget?
Only you. The workbook lives in your Google Drive and Safi runs in your own Claude account. Saffron Studios never sees your guests, emails, or payments.
Which email should we use?
We recommend a free Gmail just for the wedding, like oliviaandjameswedding@gmail.com. Wedding mail stays separate from work and personal email, everything is easy to track, Safi reads only what matters, and you can list it on your website for guest questions.
What do I need to get started?
A free Google account for the workbook, a Claude account for Safi (Pro recommended for the daily inbox check), and a Squarespace plan if you choose the Website.
Can I customize it?
Completely. The workbook, your site, and Safi's instructions are your own files, so you can add tabs, columns, pages, or new jobs for Safi. Treat our kits as a starting point and build on them. Your edits always win over Safi's.
